Keoladeo National Park, BharatpurDeer, Wildlife Parks in India

Bird, Keoladeo National Park, BharatpurIt is very difficult to produce an authentic and exhaustive checklist of birds of Keoladeo. Many bird-watchers, tour operators and ornithologists visit this area frequently and every publication has one or two 'new records'. However a visitor may not find all the species here as some species have been seen just once or in a particular year. For still others no authentic information is available but they have found place in almost every publication for the park. In the first attempt a basic checklist is presented which will be improved/updated from time to time.

This checklist has been compiled from various sources.
